Started my morning therapeutically editing Mexican plant photos instead of reading the news. 🪷 Sometimes escapism is a perfectly healthy idea. Let your nervous system calm down. Go outside if you can. Make art if you can. Do something offline if you can.

I’m incredibly lucky to be my own boss and be able to manage my time however I like. One of my 2026 resolutions is do that much more aggressively. 🕊️
